Intersection accident with a question of lights - $50,000

Synopsis- The jury returned a 100% liability verdict against the defendants in this matter in 2004 in Supreme Court Kings County before Judge Diane Johnson. Following the liability verdict, this matter settled for the full policy amounts of $50,000.00.

Plaintiff was a passenger in defendant A's car. While making a left turn at the intersection of Third Avenue and Prospect Avenue, defendant A and defendant B's vehicles collided. Both drivers claimed to have had the right of way.Plaintiff sustained a comminuted fracture of her right humerus which required surgery.Amy Insler successfully proved both defendants were responsible for the collision. ollowing the liability verdict, the matter settled for the combined full policy limits of $50,000.00.
